Independent Sales Manager

The Clausen Insurance Agency is a busy insurance broker in Rocky Point looking for an Independent Sales Manager with at least 5 years of successful experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance field. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter, a real go-getter with entrepreneurial spirit!!! Must know the independent Agent side of the business. Starting salary arranged until the team is built (13 weeks) then get startup $$ and $$ for new business and $$ for renewals! Must be licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance. Willingness to train and help Sales Agents success. Like to work independently and benefits are provided!

Job Requirement:
• Have a current Property and Casualty Insurance license
• 5 Years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance
• Management Experience and building sales teams
• Must be able to build a sales team with in the 13 weeks

P&C Licensed Sales Representative

Licensed Customer Service Representative

F/T and P/T positions available

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Rep who has knowledge in the insurance industry!   Monitor client needs and offer necessary services.  We are looking for an energetic and motivated professional with outstanding customer service skills.

Candidates must:

*HAVE NY P&C INSURANCE LICENSE WITH 3-5 YEARS OF PERSONAL LINES SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!

*Work closely with Producers/Agents, Carriers and Clients to perform the day-to-day maintenance and servicing of accounts.

*Work in Applied EPIC to maintain client files and ensure proper documentation.

*Handle and oversee insurance account renewals, re-markets, endorsements, billing, claims and insurance quoting.

*Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell based on customer needs.

 


Administrative Assistant  

Full time position for a structured, multitasker, who is computer literate with the ability to quote and learn multiple carriers with underwriting skills (non-coverage related).  Ability to handle data entry, process applications, and prepare cancellations/applications, etc. any forms needed by sales agent.   Must have good phone skills and work well with deadlines/under pressure.
