Seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to interact with a range of people both internally and externally while supporting our sales team. Need a proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal, follow up and communication skills who is willing to have FUN!

· Customer service – sales depend heavily on pleasing customers, so administrative assistants need to be attentive to customer’s needs and willingness to assist however possible

· Attention to detail – requires covering all bases and not letting things slip through the cracks

· Multitasking – the ability to prioritize and deal with demands coming from various directions, including reps in the field, requires a level head

· Organization skills – managing the efforts of multiple people to achieve desired results requires staying on top of things and collaborating extensively

We are growing and looking to bring on an insurance sales representative who is eager to sell! We value your talents and provide plenty of leads for no cold-calling ever. Our newest insurance sales representative should be experienced and motivated with a unique skillset to help our customers. 


  • Establish rate and quote policies.
  • Follow up with carriers for quotes.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success. 
  • Identify customer needs and market products and services.


  • Licensed for Property and Casualty Insurance.
  • Clear telephone manner.
  • Strong, developed leadership skills and verbal communication skills. 
  • Energetic personality and strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Computer literate with experience using Word. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a fun and positive attitude. 
  • Able to work under pressure and time constraints in a fast-paced environment allowing for interruptions.
  • Thrive in a busy environment!  

  • Base Salary of $65,000 - $70,000 with Commission and Bonus Opportunities
